Founded in 2007 at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Rho Psi Eta was established by six founding mothers: Kimberly Yang, Tina Vang, Linda Leang, Samantha Arigapudi, Tammy Hoang, and Brooke Wangsgard. Together, they created a sisterhood centered around resources, encouragement, and success in the health field.

About
A little information about our past, present, and the future we hope to build.
The Zeta Chapter of Rho Psi Eta was established at Santa Clara University in 2020, continuing the organization's commitment to academic integrity, community service, and sisterhood.

Our Mission Statement
Rho Psi Eta both embraces and upholds our pillars of academic integrity, community service, and sisterhood. We strive to help our young women pursue their interest and goals in the healthcare profession.
At Rho Psi Eta, we strive to empower and encourage one another to reach our shared goals while upholding academic integrity and excellence in our personal and professional lives.
We believe that pursuing a career in healthcare is more than preparing for a profession. It is about learning, serving, building relationships, and becoming the kind of healthcare professional we hope to be.
Our sisterhood at Santa Clara University
As the Santa Clara University chapter of Rho Psi Eta, we are proud to create a community where fellow sisters can learn, connect, serve, and grow together.
Whether you're exploring your future in healthcare, looking for a supportive community, or hoping to make an impact on campus and beyond, Rho Psi Eta is a place to find your people along the way.
We’re building our futures together.
